The newest additions to our collection of decorative objects, these pedimented niches are meticulously handbuilt to order in our atelier, and provide a lovely home for your treasured collections. Their design was inspired by the alternating peaked and curved pedimented windows of London's Banqueting House, Whitehall, designed by the architect Inigo Jones for King James I in the 17th century. With their flat backs, these niches are designed to be hung on a wall, but are equally at home on a bookshelf or table.

Niches are sold individually. The pieces shown here were made with hand-marbled paper, and if you'd like to commission a project in a bespoke paper pattern, we invite you to contact us for details.
