Production & Delivery
PRODUCTION TIME
Generally, our production time for individual projects ranges from six to eight weeks, depending on the studio schedule.

If you have an urgent request, we will of course make every effort to accommodate your agenda. During the autumn/winter holiday season, production times may be longer.
We invite you to visit our Artist's Cabinet section to see an ever-changing selection of pieces which are available for immediate delivery with no production time at all.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING FEES
Domestic Shipping
Shipping fees are estimated in the shopping cart of each order. If the shipping fee on your order is underestimated, our office will contact you with additional details before we begin work on your project. Please note that shipping charges must be paid in full before we send your parcel along. Delivery time via insured UPS Ground within the continental US is generally between 2 and 5 business days.

Shipping Overages:
We always refund shipping overages as they occur. Unfortunately, because of the wide variation in the scale of the pieces we produce, and the many combinations of pieces our clients order, the automated shipping calculators available to us are less than perfect. If you prefer, please contact us with your order details and shipping address, and we will happily generate a custom invoice for you with an exact shipping cost.​​​

UK and International Shipping
UK shipping rates are estimated in the shopping cart of each order. If the shipping fee on your order is underestimated, our office will contact you with additional details before we begin work on your project. Please note that shipping charges must be paid in full before we send your parcel along.
International shipping fees for other destination countries will be billed separately and are not included during the checkout process. Following the placement of international orders, our office will contact you with a shipping invoice, and orders can be cancelled or amended at any time during this process. Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to order fulfillment.
Delivery time via insured courier (FedEx and others) is generally between 3 and 8 business days. If you prefer, you can contact us for a shipping quote to your country, or for details on arranging collection via the courier of your choice.
RETURN POLICY
When placing your order, please review your item and material selections carefully. Custom made-to-order products are not returnable for exchange or refund. Returns of Carta paper goods and pieces from the Artist’s Cabinet in original, undamaged and unused condition and with the original packaging and receipt are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return authorization.
